The Georgian delegation participation in the 10th Ministerial Conference of "Forest Europe"

On June 2-3, 2026, the Georgian delegation participated in the 10th Ministerial Conference of "Forest Europe" held in Stockholm, Sweden.

With the support of the Embassy of Georgia to the Kingdom of Sweden, our delegation from the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture - led by Karlo Amirgulashvili, Head of the Forest Policy Department - joined member states in signing the landmark Ministerial Declaration.

This declaration is a major step forward, aimed at advancing sustainable forest management systems at both national and international levels, while fostering collaboration and the sharing of best practices across borders.
