The Memorandum of Understanding between the Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency and the Swedish Consumer Agency

On April 23, 2026, a Memorandum was officially signed in Karlstad, Sweden, between the Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency (GCCA) and the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket).

The agreement aims to deepen the partnership between the two authorities by facilitating the exchange of professional expertise and implementing international best practices in the field of consumer rights protection.

The Embassy of Georgia to the Kingdom of Sweden was actively involved in the events and the official signing process.
